COUNTY OF UNION, STATE OF NEW JERSEY
AN ORDINANCE FIXING SALARIES OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS
AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WINFIELD FOR 2026

Be it ordained by the Township Committee of the Township of Winfield, County of Union:<\/strong>
WHEREAS,<\/strong> the Township Committee desires to change the Section 1 of
Ordinance # 466
NOW, THEREFORE,<\/strong> by the Township Committee of the Township of Winfield, County of Union State of New Jersey as follows:
SECTION 1:<\/strong>    The salaries of all officials and employees of the Township of Winfield, hereinafter designated are hereby established and fixed in the amounts indicated;
Township Committee – $0.00
Township Clerk \u2013 $70,868.59 per annum, payable biweekly
Registrar – $5,457.91 per annum, payable quarterly
Clerical Services \u2013 Hourly $17.17 
Chief Financial Officer – $20,000.00 \u2013 per annum, payable biweekly
Administrative\/Bookkeeper – $57,133.02 \u2013 per annum, payable biweekly
Tax Assessor – $6,429.67 per annum, payable biweekly
Tax Collector – $4,000.00 per annum, payable biweekly
Municipal Judge – $11,439.98 per annum, payable biweekly    
Court Administrator – $16,877.89 per annum, payable biweekly
Deputy Court Administrator – $25.03 per hr., payable biweekly
Municipal Prosecutor – $3,482.74 per annum, payable quarterly
Emergency Management Coordinator – $165.99 per annum, payable annually
Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator – $58.83 per annum, payable annually
Fire Sub-Code Official – $701.8 per annum, payable annually
Building Sub-Code Official \u2013 $5,358.06 per annum, payable quarterly
Electrical Sub-Code Official \u2013 $1,607.42 per annum, payable quarterly
Plumbing Sub-Code Official – $964.45 per annum, payable quarterly
Police Personnel \u2013 Reference to Chief and PBA contract

SECTION 2:<\/strong>    All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed as to such inconsistent parts or provisions.
SECTION 3:<\/strong>    This Ordinance shall take effect immediately following final passage and publications as required by law and shall be effective beginning as of January 1, 2026.
